Lysing antiblock masterbatch includes all the properties of lysing and antiblocking masterbatches and is used in PP, PE based products such as normal, thin films and agricultural films.

Anti block slip masterbatch (PP-PE)

Before how this product works, let’s talk about the difference between lysing agent and anti-blocker. In masterbatch anti-blocker, the function is on the vertical force and the reduction of the molecular van der Waals force, which causes the layers to separate. Anti-blocker is a single layer. Thin micron makes the surface of the layers rough and causes them to separate.

In the sliding masterbatch, by creating a very thin layer effective in reducing friction and shear force, the layers slide on each other and this sliding gradually increases with the cooling of the product and creates a balance between the friction of the two surfaces.

Finally, it causes slippage on the polymer surface or the polymer surface with any kind of metal. When these two products are placed together using mineral and organic raw materials, they can completely eliminate the following complications.
