What is Softening (Anti-Impact) Masterbatch (HIPE-PS)?

Softeners have a special place in the alloying industry and are used to make plastic parts and products resistant to impact.

The structure of polymers is such that the choice of softener masterbatch is based on the polymer chain and the branches created and compatible with them.

Polystyrenes after each production stage, especially the recycling of this polymer, have a severe drop in properties, for this purpose, 1 to 2% of softener masterbatch is used to revive it.
